BADSHAHBOOK: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) batsman Rinku Singh made history in the 13th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

The match was played at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad and Rinku Singh's heroics made it a night to remember for all KKR fans.

KKR needed 28 runs to win off the last five balls when they went on strike. Rinku had already hit a six and a four to end the penultimate innings. But what followed was great annihilation as he took on Yash Dayal from the opposition smashing five consecutive sixes under the count of his team home.

While the world highlighted his batting skills, his life in Aligarh didn't change just because of his parents' choice. He actually never wanted to be indulged in small chores as cricket was something that he really dreamt of making his life in.

SRK attended KKR's home match against Royal Challengers Bangalore a few days back. He didn't make the trip to Ahmedabad for the away game.

Even one delivery of a point would cost KKR. Rinku only gave away sixes and cleared the fence with each delivery of the final over. SRK shared a precious tweet for Rinka and also welcomed captain Nitish Rana and Venkatesh Iyer.

The bat that KKR star Rinku Singh used to hit five consecutive sixes against the Titans actually was that of his captain Nitish Rana, who grudgingly gave it to his teammate.

Rinku Singh will be hoping to make the most of his latest heroics and be a consistent contributor to the team's wins. He is batting on the fifth position this season and no doubt it will be thrilling to see him fare the rest of the season.
